Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using GiftWave (operated by StyleVault Commerce Pvt. Ltd.), you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Platform

GiftWave is an e-commerce platform aggregating gifting products from independent artisans, brands, and manufacturers. We curate, package, and deliver gift boxes but source products from partner vendors.

3. Orders & Payments

• All prices in INR, inclusive of GST
• Payment via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets
• Subscription payments are auto-debited monthly unless cancelled
• Gift card purchases are non-refundable after redemption

4. Subscriptions

• Cancel anytime before the next billing cycle
• Unused months are non-refundable
• Box contents vary monthly and cannot be customized

5. Personalized Items

Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective. Please verify all personalization details before confirming.

6. Governing Law

Governed by laws of India. Courts in Bangalore, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Refund Policy

1. Gift Boxes

• Damaged/wrong item: Full refund or replacement within 48 hours of delivery
• Quality issue: Contact support with photos within 24 hours
• Personalized items: Non-refundable unless defective

2. Subscription Boxes

• Cancel before billing date to avoid next charge
• No refund for current month's box if already shipped
• Damaged subscription boxes replaced free of charge

3. Gift Cards

Gift card purchases are non-refundable. Gift cards are valid for 12 months from purchase.

Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation within 2 hours of placing order
• After dispatch: cancellation not possible, return after delivery

3. Subscriptions

• Cancel anytime from your account settings
• Cancellation effective from next billing cycle
• No cancellation fee

• Next-Day: Free on orders above ₹999
• Standard: 3-5 business days (free on all orders above ₹499)
• Scheduled: Choose a future date for delivery

2. Coverage

We deliver across India — 500+ cities and 15,000+ pin codes. International shipping available to 15 countries.

3. Packaging

All gifts wrapped in our signature rose-gold premium packaging with a handwritten note (if specified).

4. Tracking

Real-time tracking via SMS, email, and app. Both sender and recipient receive delivery updates.
